—Phi Kappa Sigma gave a rece'ption and informal dance on Friday evening, October 2d. . Guests were present from Belle fonte and the vicinity of the college. —The Friday Club were entertained at the residence of Prof. John Hamilton on Friday evening, October 23d. Mrs. Hamilton assisted by her charming daughter, Miss Anne Hamilton, received. The evening was spent most pleasantly in playing games, etc. All who were present had the usual enjoyable time for which the Friday Club is noted. —The following cadets have been chosen non-commissioned officers of the battalion: Sergeant Major, B.
