A. E. fraternity gave a delightful dance at their chapter house on Thursday, December 4th. The house was very prettily decorated and the floor was in fine shape. The young ladies present were from Tyrone, Bellefonte and State College. The patronesses were Mrs. Irving L. Foster, Miss Snyder, Mrs. J. P. Jackson, Mrs. Elton D. Walker, Mrs. J. M. Willard, Mrs. Dr. Wadsworth, Mrs. Wooden, of Tyrone, Mrs. B. Frank Godard, of Huntingdon; Miss Redifer. —The Armstrong Coke Company, of Pittsburg, has sent a supply , of insulating material to the college laboratories to be tested. Wednesday 1903 La Vie board had its last meeting at Sheasrey's, Wednesday evening, December 3. The occasion was cele brated by a banquet, which was especially enjoyable in view of the fact that the efforts of the board had proved a remark able success, financially as well as otherwise. After the feast came reminiscences of Freshmen and Sophmore days, and general social good time. —On Friday night, November 21st, sixty-three members of the Class of 1904 celebrated their banquet at the Bolton MINING DEPARTMENT.
