On Saturday evening, the lecture, "Uncrowned Kings," was given in the Chapel by W. T. Sherman Culp, of Colum bus, 0. His discourse was spicy, varied, and interesting throughout. The Tenth Annual Bal-Masque was held in the Armory on Friday evening, February 23rd. There were a number of fine costumes present, and three handsome prizes were awarded. The first prize was won by Kinsloe, the second by N. W. Buckhout and Martin, the third by Heidelbaugh. Dickinson College won the last of the series of three de bates with State, on March 9th. This makes the "best two out of three" for Dickinson, State winning last year. See the account on a previous page. "What shall we do with the Boys?" was the subject of the lecture delivered by Dr. A. B. Riker, President of Mount Union College, on March 10th. The lecture was instructive as well as entertaining, and the Doctor held the attention of his audience for about an hour and a half. In some mysterious way the "Sophs" ''got wincl" of the "Freshies" projected excursion and at noon, on Monday, February 19th, quite a large crowd had gathered at the sta tion. When the train was about to pull out, the Freshmen took possession of a car and in spite of the Sophomores' protests and tricks reached Scotia in safety. Here a number of Freshmen were caught and held till the "Pennsy" train had started for Tyrone with the majority of the Freshmen. The remaining ones hired a vehicle and reached Tyrone about 10:30 P.
