Fisher, '96, visited the college a short time ago and gave the Senior Electrical Engineering students a short talk upon in stallation of large electric railroad generators. W. E. Housman, '97, of New York. saw the football game between West Point and State. Joseph Darragh, '97, died October 12 at his home of gastric fever. He was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. A short description of an electric haulage signaling system, in vented.by A. S. McAllister, '9B, appeared in the September issue of Mines and Minerals The system was designed by McAllister for the Berwyn White Coal Company, at Wynber, Pa. A recent issue of the Electrical World and Engineer contains a short description of the synchronizer invented by G. J. Yundt, '99. W. L. Affelder, Permanent Secretary, '99, has issued a pamphlet, entitled " State, '9q, in the Outside World." The pamphlet is a complete record of the location of every member of the class; and shows them all employed. It is intended to be published yearly as a means, to " foster class spirit, the seeds of which were sown and cultivated during four short years at State. A. T.
