ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT AGREEMUNT made between The Pennsylvania State College and Bucknell University to hold Track and Field Sports in the years 1899 and 1900. The Executive Committee shall consist of three representatives of each institution who shall be chosen by the respective Athletic Associations, and who shall have power to decide all protests and other questions arising under this agreement. Any one shall be eligible to represent' either Institution as a competitor their meetings who has been a student of that Insti tution in good regular standing since the beginning of the current year. Entries shall be mailed by each Institution to the other at least one week before the date of the meeting. The number of Competitors in each event shall be limited to three from each Institution. The points shall count—first, 5; second, 3. 6. CHOICO OP POSITIONS IN CONTICST. In all events a representative of each Institution shall take for choice of position, either Ist, 3rd, sth; or 2nd, 4th, 6th. The meeting for 1899 shall be held in State College on May 19, and in 1900 on such a date as the Executive Committee may choose, and at such a place as Bucknell may designate . provided the distance shall not be farther from State College than the distance from State College to Lewisburg.
