'7B, Mr. Frank Knoche, of Harrisburg, was a visitor to the
college during the opening days.
'95, Mr. H. L. Wishart, visited friends here for a few days
early this session. He still holds his position with the Cambria
Iron Co., of Johnstown, Penn.
'95, Mr. Samuel Franklin Herr was married to Miss Margaret
Kerr, of Mars, Penn., Sept. 2nd. They live in Aspinwall, Penn.
Mr. Herr is employed by Julian Kennedy, contracting engineer.
'95, Mr. R. L. MacDonald is again located at North Tono
wanda, N. Y., with the White—Crosby Construction Company.
Ex-'95, Mr. W. M. Whitten has returned to college and entered
the Senior Class with the intention of finishing his course.
'Ex -96, Mr. Donald Findley spent a few days here with friends
at the opening of the term.
'9o. Dr. W. H. Walker was married, September 15th, to Miss
Luther, of Boston. Dr. Walker is Assistant Professor of Chemis
try at the Mass. Inst. of Tech.
'94. Mr. Hayes Mattern was married, June 17th, to Miss
Helen Blanche Hechman, of Mifflinburg, Pa.
'96. Mr. B. F. Fisher is with the J. G. Brill Car Co., of
Philadelphia.
'96. Mr. H. A. Kuhn has a lucrative position at Knoxville,
Tenn.
'94. Mr. L. W. Mattern, formerly Instructor in English, is
taking a course at Johns Hopkins University.
'96. Mr. I. K. Dixon is employed by the Johnstown Street
Railway Co., 'at Johnstown, Pa.
'96. Mr. H. T. Price visited college last week, on his way to
the Univ. of Penn., to enter the medical department.
At a meeting of class of '9B, held October 2, C. Sponsler
was elected to fill the vacancy on the La Vie board caused by the
absence of C. B. Nesbit. Miss Mabelle Thompson was also
elected a member of the board.
