—Although there have been several disappoint ments this fall, the football management has ar ranged the following schedule which will most probably be carried out successfully. The gamer, on our home grounds are : Nov. 4th; Western University. Nov. 25th; Rutgers. Dec. 2d ; Lehigh. On foreign grounds we have Oct. z3th ; Columbia Athletic club at Washing- ton, D. C. Oct. i4th ; University of Virginia at Charlotts• vile, Va. Oct. 25th ; University of Pennsylvania, at Phila delphia. Nov. r rth; Bucknell at Lewisburg. Nov. rBth ; U. S. Naval Cadets, at Annapolis. Thanksgiving Day; Franklin and Marshall at Lancaster. Swarthmore may play here on Oct 21st instead of Franklin and Marshall. The date of the Le high game may be changed, as it is after Thanks. giving when it is generallythe custom to break training. A game had been arranged with Le hig at 'South Bethlehem, Sept. 3otli, but manager Quigley found that it was impossible to keep that date, and arranged a new one for Oct. 12th. Le high unfortunetely was compelled to cancel this date, and it riow. looks as if we will not be able to meet Lehigh again this year. This is exceedingly unfortunate, as our claim to the second place in football in the State would still go unsettled. . We were also disappointed by Dickinson, A game was scheduled here on our home grounds for Oct, 7th, but her game of the previous Saturday with Lehigh, had left her team so much broken up that she was unable to come. —The eighth annual meeting of the Pennsylva nia Inter-collegiate Athletic association, took place May loth, at Swarthmore college.
