On Saturday afternoon, June 6th, the classes of
'92 and '94 played a match game of base-ball,
which resulted in a victory for '92. The game
was well played notwithstanding the rain which
made the ball difficult to handle. The following
is the score by innings :

On Friday evening, May 22nd, the Cresson
Literary Society made a change in their pro
gramme and entertained a large .number of stu
dents and their friends by presenting a play en
titled, "The Two Puddifoots." The different
parts were well performed and drew forth much
applause.
The following was the cast.

On the 14th of May the class of '94 represented
by Damon and Belt played a rival team from the
Preparatory Department composed of Cartwright
and. Smith. It was won by '94 with a score of 6
to 4, and 6 to 4 to Prepdoms 6 to 2.
The classes of '93 and '94, represented respec
tively by Williamson and Dale, and Damon and
Belt, played their game as scheduled on the court
of Mr. Olds on May 19th. The score was as fol
lows :
'94 -6- 3.
'93-6-3 and 6—i,
McKee and Suloff for the class of '9r and We
and Williamson for the class of '93 played a match
game of tennis for points in the class games on
May 29th. • '93 won, the score being 9-7 and
6-2 for '93, and 6-2 for '9l.
The game scheduled between '92 and '94 was
played on May 26th. McKee W. and Brown S.
H. represented '92,and Belt and Damon, '94, '92,
won the first two sets.
On Friday, June sth, Brown and McKee of the
class of '92 defeated Cartwright and Stewart of
Prepdom, by a score of 6—a and 6-4.
One of the most exciting games of baseball of
the season was played on Saturday, June 13, be
tween '92 and the Preps. The game was very
close from beginning to end. It resulted in a
score of 4.3 in favor of the Juniors.
