Fire Works. A little after dark on Friday night, six car loads of oil took fire as a train was going down the mountain near Kittanning Point, on tho Penna. Railroad, and about two hundred barrels burned up. The flames illuminated the entire valley between the Allcghanies and Brush Mountain, and formed a most beautiful sight. The fire is supposed to have been communicated to the oil by a spark from the locomotive. About an eighth of a mile of the track was destroy ed for the time being. May Party. The echool of Miss Liz zie lioberts closed on Monday, and on Tuesday the pupils indulged in the luxu ry of a May party in Lloyd's Grove.
