In fact; we are completely bound up and shut out from th? rest of the world. The mails did not reach here last week until Saturday, and to-day they had to come on horse-back. There was no other way to get through from Cresson. The snow banks are piled up as much as twenty feet high, drift on top of drift, and the snow in the woods is about three and one-half feet deep. Teams can hardly get through at all. A man by the name of Elwell got his leg badly smashed last Friday, while log ging for E. & H. Nutter, in Clearfield township. In all probability, he will be obliged to have his foot taken off. More anon. Boz. New Advertisement's. See the ex tensive sale of real e&tate advertised by Col. Wm. R. Hughes, of Wilmore. R. H.
