On Wednesday last, 3d inst., Mr. John Walters, of Duncans ville, went into his shop, as usual, to work, eating an apple. In one half hour after wards he was discovered by his wife, dead. It would seem that he seated himself on his work bench to finish eating the apple, and died in that position. His age was about 55 years. The Coroner held an inquest on the body, and found that' he died of disease of the heart. The Election. The election passed off quietly throughout the county. The day was warm and pleasant, and a full vote wa3 polled. It ma burst ' out In Plmblea.' or Sores. or la lome active disease, orit depressed, and good for nothing.' But you cannot have good health while your blood Is impure. Ayer's Sar3aparilla purges out these impurities; it expels disease and restores health and stimulates the organs of life into vigorous action. Hence It rapidly cures a variety of complaints which are caused by Impurity of the blood, such as Scrofula, or King's Evil, Tumois, Ulcers, Sores, Erup tions, Pimples, Blotches, Boils. St. Anthony's Fire, Rose or Erysipelas, Tetter or Salt Rheum, Scald Head, Ring Worm. Cancer or Cancerous Tumors, Sore Eyes, Female Dis eases, such as Retention, Irregulrity, Sup pression, Whites, Sterility, also Syphilis or Venereal Diseases, Liver Complaints, and Heart Diseases. Try Ayer's Sarsaparllla, and see for yourself the surprising activity with which it cleanses the blood and cures these disorders. During late years, the public, have been misled by large bottles, pretending to give a quart of Extract of Sarsaparilla for one dol lar. Most of these have been frauds upon the sick, for they not only contain little, if any, Sarsaparilla, but often no curative in gredient whatever. Hence, bitter disappoint ment has followed the use of the various ex tracts of Sarsaparilla which flood the market until the name itself has become synonymous with imposition and cheat. Still we call this componnd Sarsaparilla," and intend o sup ply such a remedy as shall rescue the name from the load of obloquy which rests upon it. We tiink we have ground for believing it has virtues which are irresistible by the clas3 of diseases it is intended to cure. We can as sure the sick that we offer them the best al terative we know how to produce, and we have reason to believe it is by far the most effectual purifier of the blood yet discovered. Ayer's Cherry Pectoral is so universally known to surpass every other medicine for the cure of Coughs, Colds, Influenza, Hoarse ness, Croup, Bronchiti?, Incipient Consump tion, and for the relief of Consumptive Pa tients in advanced stages of the disease, that it is useless here to recount the evidence of its virtues. Tho System is a cautious and safe one has never -been known to fail in subduinsr In flammation of the Eyes, either Acute or unronic will remove extraneous substances from the eyeballs, cure granulated eyelids, so that the eyelashes, instead of growing like bristles down upon the eyeballs and thereby eventually destroying the sight, will assume a correct position become soft and natural ; will strengthen and restore weak eyes of long standing all without the use of the Knife, Lunar Caustic, Blue Stone, or any of those Eevere remedies so frequently applied, to the destruction of the eyes. Miss LE SEUR also treats successfully RUEtMATlSM and NERVOUS DISEASES, two f-the most lingering and painful dis eases: to. which mortals are subject, and from which proceed some of the most fearful dis eases' of the eyes. But as diseases are not cured on paper and deeds are much more satisfactory than words, she would therefore respefctfully call the attention of an. intelii gent community to her practice, and most cordially invite the afflicted to come and test the effect of the treatment for themselves, as suring those whose cases are curable that ii they put themselves under her treatment and follow strictly the directions given, they will certainlv be rewarded with HEALTH AND SIGHT.
