g$The Pennsylvania Railroad Com
pany have placed a new express train on
the route between Philadelphia and Pitts
burg. The cars upon this road are all
being overhauled as to their doors. The
doors will not in future be locked. Hut
they will open upon the inside of the cir,
and be furnished with a contrivance pre
venting anybody from opening them from
the outside- This will answer the same
purpose as locking thenr. The object of
locking the doors was to prevent way
passengers from getting into the "through
cars." When this is done, people are
obliged to endure the annoyance of pro
ducing their tickets at every station.
"You're a nuisance, I'll commit
you," said an oilcnded Judge, to a noisy
person in Court. "You've no right to
commit a nuisance" said the oftonder.
