THE CAUSE OF DISEASE.
Nearly all classes of disease, arc caused by somis
obstruction in the system, which prevent the reuu
lar and wholesome operation of the animal func
tions. This s'ate of the system, is duease, wLi. !i
is manifested in a variety of forms, more or le
mal gnant in their character. To restore the syat. tti
to a stale of beabh, then, it is only nece-sary to re
move ibe cause of disease, and the end is sccort
p'ished. The cause is obstruction somewhere. 'Tin
can lie removed by purgation, which is the onlv
means that should be resorted to, lice ause, sugges
by leason, and by nature. Dr. Harhch's Slrei cii..
ening and German Aperient Pills, are allowed by
tin Hi.. Uganda who have uaed Ihero, to lie the lit
purga'ivo medicine in exislenco. Because, lb.-
nut uuly remove all obstructions, and purge the m
tein of its impurities, but, because, and which is ex
tremely important, strengthen and Rive proper tr.nw
to ihe stomach, and produce a healthy action of all
the parts. Besides, they are so mild and geuib- m
their operation, as to rend, r thcin stall times a p. -fectly
safe and desirable remedy. The atUicu.l
would do well, th-n, to purchase a box or two ol'
ih's invaluable medicine, and give it a fair trial, n -sttad
of destroying Iheir sy .terns with oft-repeatcl
d.-ses i f calomel, and a. her drugs, so injurious l.
human life and happ nes.
