secrecy; and from his extensive practice in the first
Hospitals of Europe and America, he can confident
ly recommend a safe and speedy cure to the unfor
tunate victim of this horrid disease.

to this horrid disease owing to the unskillfalness of
ignorant pretenders who by. use of that dreadful
