If the,Soldier the after discharge, from disease contracted or wounds received while in service, his widoei is' entitled to a Pension' f $95 per annum. If rid widow or minor children, the mother of the Soldier or Seaman will receive the Pension, if de pendent on him wholly or in part for support. If deceased Soldier or Seaman leaves no widow, his children are entitled to the same benefits as the widow, except when the children may be over the age of - 16 years.
