entitled to a pension of $9B per annum.
If no widow or minor children, the mother of the Sol

If deceased Soldier or 'Seaman leaves no widow, his
children are entitled to the sameleneilts as the widow,
except when the children maybi r iover the age of 18 years.
If no widow, or minor children,: the bounty and pay
will descend to the heirs as follows:
