ol Clearlicld. on March 11, 1846.
.Iln Ordinance relating to fouling m
‘ milking Cows.
Be it ordained and onoc'ml by the Bur
gHl and town Council of the borough ol
Clearfield. and it is hereby ordained and
enacted by the authority ol 'he some. That
no inhabitant 01~ the borough of Clenrfield
be allowed to feed their cows, horse: or
hogs on the streata or pavement: in front
of their houses; nor shall uoy inhabitant
be allowed to milk their cows on the
streets, or in front of their dwellingq. un
drrthe penalty of not less than filly cents
nor more than two dollars. for each and
every such ollence, to be recovered tor the
use of the borough agreeably to law. I
