Important Decision. The case of cer
tain parties against the Susquehanna Boom
Company, and in which the former brought
suit to restrain the Iattet from selling cer
tain logs advertised to be sold to pay boom
age, was tried last week at Pittsburg, when
it was decided that owners of the logs must
take them ami pay the charges or suffer
them to be sold. This is a very important
decision for all concerned in the lumber bus
iness. -
