ROAD COMPANY. The following reso
lutions were adopted at a meeting of the Board of
Directors, held on the 7th February, i860 :
Resolved, That any subscribers to the Capital
stock, who have paid all instalments tb-ereon, but
have not yet received their certificates be request
ed to furnish evidence of such payment before the
1st day of April ensuing, to 11. II. Shillingford,
Treasurer, and receive their certificate of stocK
in accordance therewith.
