BOSS DELL.
A rosy dell, in summer dim
With dewy Oder waited far
By gentle winds, that eastward swim,
While brightly burns the evening star.
A rosy dell, with dewy lip,
That breathes from eve ti II morn perfume,
While yellow bees at leisure sip
And "roving rob the wakelnl bloom.
A rosy dell, where all day long
. jEolus chants his varied lay,
II is harp the oak tree arms, his song
What lisping words the leaves may say.
A rosy dell, where, sad o'er all,
The pearly stars shed misty light,
'Till gentle Slumber drops her pall,
And sorrowing Beauty sighs good-night.'

My chief object iu bringing her before you now is
to cull your attention to a remedy which ha re

The improvement has steadily progre.-sitd. n 1
you cannot fail to notice a marked t'hnng in the
appearance of her joints, which are now aeariy f

THREE DAYS LATER!!
May 2o,18li0. This is the case of acute rheuma

which 1 called your attention at out Iu.-: c'.iinc
She is still very comfortable, and is no Uku..;

In this case it has seemed to be followed by very
satisfactory results. The second cae to "wlu'gb

He is a seaman, ;t. 2ti. who wa admitted afr

but not so as to keep his lied, until eight daj s gi.
The pains began in his right kneo, sul.-equensl y
affected tho left knee, and later tho joints of lit,
upper extremities. These joints are all swollen,
tense and tender. His tongue is furred ; hisskiu
at present, dr-, though there has been much wo it

He has now used propylamine twenty-four hour-.
This gentlemen is what may be called a strictly
typical case ot acute rheumatism. There was ex
posure to colli and wet. and this exposure i fol
lowed by a feeling of coldness, severe articular
pain, beginning, as it usually Joes, in the owr
joints There is fever an I the profuse sweating,
so general U-atteu lant on acute rheumatism.
I did not bring this patient before you wilhthv
intention of giving you n lecture on ull the points
connected with rheumatism, but to again give
tri ll to the new remedy we are testing, an i to ex
hibit to you this typical cae, a. I have called it.

for testing tho medicine in question. We are.
therefore, avoiding the use of all other med iciiie-i.
