The Locofoco Administration has bank rupted the Government, robbed the Treasury, surrendered the unprotected Forts of the Gov ernment to traitors, and brought it into gener al contempt at home and abroad : and now the Locofoc'6 members of Congress oppose every measure for raising means to pay the debts or provide for the aurrent expenses of the incom ing Administration, under the plea of patriot ism and love for the Union.
