grist and saw milt on Little Clearfield creek, in
New Millport, Clearfield county, Ta. The grist
mill can be run by cither steam or water, or by
Ixith at the same time. The machinery is all good.

saw mill is in good running order and capable of
sawing 4000 feet every 12 hours. There is also a

the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the sev
eral supplements thereto, it is provided, thttt the
electors ot the several counties ot the Common
wealth, qualified to vote for members of the Gen
eral Assembly, shall hold an election at the same
places at which the samo members shall have hceu
voted for at the preceding election on the First
1 uesday next after the rirst Monday of i ove.mber,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight bun
drcd and forty, and on the same day inevcry fourth
year thereafter, for the purpose of electing Elec
tors of President and Vice President of the U. S.
