We have been favored with a Fremeh copy of the Bul- ledn, printed at Nantes ; and to our sur- prise we find that the Boston papers mu- ulated the document by omitting the two last paragraphs; which as they are impor- tant 10 a correct view of the whole, we have translated below, leaving our readers to make their own comments on this wilful translation of foreign News.
