eral Election will be hold in Said county, on TUESDAY, the
Utth dal of October, A. D. , 1 vaa, at the several Election Dis
tricts therein.
And as directed by said 13th section of the Act of July,
1839, I hereby give notice that every person ("xcepting Jus
tices ofthe Peace,) who shall bold any office or appointment
of point or trust, tinder the Government of the United States,
or of this Sta e, or of any city, or incori,orated district,
whether a commissioned officer or otherwise,n subordinate
