C. WALKER, Secretary Democratic Mcminy.—The Man meeting of the Democracy at Manchester was the largest political gathering ever held in that borough. Dr. George M'Cook made an excellent speech, and was followed by Col. Samuel W. Black in one of his happiest ef forts. The Democracy are wide awake in Manches ter, and will astonish the Disunionists on election day. On Friday evening there was a Democratic meet ing in McKeesport, at which there were upwards of seven hundred of the unterritied—a tremendous turn out for this stronghold of the opposition. Col. Jesse Sill acted as president, and Col. Wm. 1.. Miller, Wm. Wigham, Esq.. Dr. James . Power and Samuel Stow. art as sloe presidents. Dr. W. A. Hill was chosen secretary.
