to ascertain and determine what damagea, if any, the flight

also order and direct said Company to file a bond to the
Commonwealth In the sum of fourteen thousand dollars,
with security to be approved by the Court, (the same being
now on record and approved' by said Court,) for the benefit
of the person or persons found to be entitled thereto. and
did also further direct notice of the presentation of said pe
tition and of the appnintment of said viewers, and of the
time and place of their meeting. and of th a riling and np
proval of said bonds to be published in the "Pittsburgh
Post," and "Daily Commercial Journal.' for a period of two
