SATURDAY MORNING
Crim. Con. in High Life.—A case of trim. con.,
which, if true, exhibits a considerable amount of de
pravity in the parties concerned, has just been made
known to ono of our city magistrates. The gent le
man co , acernedois a physician in high standing in
the neighboring village of thecnehurc. while the
lady, who resides in town, move, iu Ito upper circles
of society. Through the influence of the Doctor,
the husband of the lady woo induced to engage in
business at Greensburg, which kept him away from
home two or three nights in the week. Rumor has
it that his absence was taken advantage of by the
Doctor to place himself on . terms of great familiarity
with the lady ; but as his visits were liable to be i n .
terrupted by the unexpected return of the husband.
he induced him to again change his location, and go
to n place where lie could only come home once a
week. This arrangement answered very well fur a
little while, but unfortunately for the man of Medi
cine, the deceived gentleman began to '•HneII a
mice." and placed himself on the watch until he di:-
covered enough to induce him to go before a magi,
trate and make an information for adultery. In con
sequence, the physician ails arrested and held to bail
Rubbery ,y" $3,600. —Wo un•nti , mrd the oilier day
