PITTSBURGH, PA
AT MORNING, MARCH 13, 1346
ttrnoaaa Tutteras.—This establishment which
boa bees doing re well for the past year, under the
mmaagissmwst door friend Porter, is shortly to re open
for the spring season, Mr Porter has just returned
from the east, where he has been during the winter,
otganising a esespany, tv7f independent of the numer
als& stars which he has alletidy engaged, Wla think,
judging from the fame already acquired by those en
gaged, that Mr Porter will have a very prosperous
and profitable season. Mr P. has spared neither'
tremble or expense to render our Theatre a place of
fashionable resort, and we are happy to be able to
state that his services bays been appreciated and 're
eempsmed by that portion Of OUT citizens who frequent
this Theatre. Hesperia this season under very favor.
ablesumpiceal the reputation of tire Theatre is as firm
ly estsliNsiseri fee g ad order and decorum, as that of
the massager is far industry rind perseverence. With
tha eimpany *frailly engaged, and the numerous W
aft& and popular Stars, which are to appear is rapid
eamaireirm i Mr. P. cannot rail to ensure success,

DISEASE OF THE LIVER.
DEAR Slat—Agreeable to your desire, I write to
keep you tpprlted of the prospects of the Clickers.,
Sugar Coated I'm gatise l'ill, in this city. You may
recollect, when I first commenced selling your media
cine, whit... was in May, 18,4, we little dreamed of
'the success that would crown the endertaking. Our
premiaes had been so completely flooded by the one
thousand and one unsaleable remedy fur every possi
ble complaint under thy sun, that I mit's!) , comer!,
pinted having nothing more to no with any thing of the
kind. However, at the most urgent solicitation, wo
consented to make a trial of yours. At first we found
considerabledlfficulty in attracting public attention to
wards them. People hod been so often deceived by
the vile compounds which have flooded the country for
the last 15 years or mote, that they determined, if
possible, neverto be "taken in" again; and the conse
quence was, they could hardly he persuaded to accept
of the Pills, as the saving is. fur "love nor money."
Thai mat terra proceeiled fur a week or two, when, as
"good luck wouid have it, "Mrs. N—eee-, a lady of
our city, who had long suffered f,'nm an affection of
the Liver, accompanied by indigestion of the most obn
'Linens character, was persuaded toneeept of a box, on
condition that nothing was to be paid for it, if they did
not afford her the necessary relief. I moat confess,
we ourselves had very little belch in the matter, know
ing as we did, that her complaint was one of long
standing, and had been unsuccessfully treated by th e
moat eminent Physicians of this and several neighbor
ing towns. Rut we had determined to give the medi
cine a fair trial, and if it proved to be worthless, it
would be a source of satisfaction to know it, beat to
you and to us. No less to our joy than surpti , e, how
ever, only a few days had elapsed, when the lady again
presented herself at our counter and enquired for entail
er box. "I really think, Mr. Williams," says she,
'•that your Pills ate beginning to work a great change
in my health, and altogether for the becier. When I
took the second dose, I began to feel much bettertbau
I did at first; the pair, is my side wan considerably re
lieved; my appetite began to improve.; and the / 3 1 0( 4
seemed to circulate through my veins as it did in my
youthful days. Since then, I have taken the remaincite•
of the Pills, and my improvement has been sensibly
progressing at evety repetition of the dose. 1 bass
nn doubt that a few more boxes will effectually cur*
me." The result was as she predicted. Her health .
is completely restated. The flush of youth and beau
ty has returned to her cheeks, and the prospect of a
• long and a happy life is before her. 1 am satb.fled
she will never forget the Clickener Sugar-Coated Pith.
As might naturally be supposed, the news of this ex
. trnordinary cure was rapidly disseminated throeghthe
I city and adjacent country; and scarcely a week had
elapsed, before enquiries began to be made for Click
_ ener's Sugar. Coated Purgative Pills; anti the demand
has already increased to such an extent, that Nve End
the greatest difficulty in supplying it. In fact, if it did
not seem like exaggeration, I might almost say that we
are literally besieged by women, and children, labor
ing under every possible ailment which -human flesh
is heir tu." The halt, the lame, and the blind; the
asthmatic, eeneemptive, sad dyspeptic, are thronging
our dours in pursuit of the never-failing Panacea.--•
Testimonials of its salutary effects are voluntarily
flowing in upon us from every quarter. One penal,
informs us he has been relieved of a most obstinate
IDyspepsia. Another has just recovered from a seri
ous attack of Apoplexy. A third has succeeded in
expelling from his system the symptoms of Jaundice.
And &fourth has - ust recovered from an attack of Pul.
rnonary Consumption, which had confined him to his
bed for many months.—So we ga. But do not fail to
'keep us supplied. Besides nor Retail Trade, we
have standing orders from the eountly to a large
