Iwo fronts, and as they are of various sizes, and will
be sold, one lot, with tire privilege of flew or five; early
apnlicants can be accommodated to suit their own
view, of improvement. Persons teho desire to build
or to make secure investments in property that is sure
to advance in value, and particularly those who intend
to erect manufactories, would do well to view thise
Lots, and examine the draft, before purchasing else
where. The survey for the Baltimore and Ohio Rail
Road and the tail road survey by the State of Penn
en were both made alongside of this property,
and it is generally considered that Braddock street,
or die ground immediately alongside of it, affords the
only eligible route for a 'Rail Rood from Pittsburgh to
the East. Cool can he delivered on this propel ty at a
much less cost than on the Allegheny river, and there
is always deep router at this part of the river.
