ALISGFILIT ENOINE COSPAN7. — This excellen t
Fire Company paraded the principal streets of the
city, on Sat,tidny, with their beautiful Engine and
Hose Reel, headed by a full band of music. There
was a large turn out of members, and the whole af
fair passed off well.
It will be remembered that the Engine noose be.
longing to this Company, was destroyed by the great
its .. !!tri April; since that time a very fine house has
been elected for them in FilTh street, between Wood
and Smithfield, and the parade and ceremonies of
Saturday, took place on the occasion of taking pos
session of the new building.
The "Allegheny boys" have always done their
whole duty, and the spirited proceedings of Saturday,
gives ample assurance that hereafter they will be no
less efficient.
