WISTAR'S BALSAM OF WILD CHER
RY, the great Atnerican Remedy for corn•
pinints and affections of theßespiratnry Organs.
We do not wish to truffle with the lives or health of
the afflicted, and we sincerely pledge ourselves to
make no or.sertions as :u thevirtues of this medicine,
and to hold out no hopes to suffering humanity which
facts will not warrant.
We ask the attention of ate candid to the following
con■iderutions.
Nature in every part of her works, has left 'adorn
hie marks of adaptation and design.
The constitution of the'animals and vegetables of
the tort id, is such that they could not endure the cold
of the frigid zone, and vice versa.
In regard to disease and its cure, the adaptation is
more or less striking.
The Moss of Ireful& the Wild Cherry and Pines of
all Northern latitudes, (and Dr. Wioar's lialorm is a
compouud and chemical ext, ract from these,) have
lone been celebrated for complaint+ prevalent only in
cold climates. Indeed the most distinguished medi
cal men have averred that nature furnishes in every
country medicines for its peculiar diseases,
Consumption in its confirmed and incipient stages,
Coughs. Asthma, Croup, and Liver complaint, form
by far the moat fatal class of diseases known to our
lend. Yet even these may be cured, by means of the
simple vet powerful remedies, named above, and
which ere scattered, by a beneticient l'rovidence,
wherever those maladies prevail.

Mensri tionfotel & Park--Gentfi-1 take this "ppm
'unity of Informing. yoo of a mo=t remeolinble cure
tu-tf orneti upon me by the use of Dr. Wistur's Balsam
of, Wild Chem.
In the yearof 1840 I was taken with an iafflamma
lion of the bowels, which I labored under for 6 weeks
when I gradually recovered. In the fall of 1831 I was
%tacked with a severe chill, which seated itsulf upon
my long.; and fur the space of three years I was con.
fined to my bed. I tried all kinds of medicines, and
every kind of medical aid without benefit, and thus I
west led along until the winter of 1244, until I heard
of "%Vistar's Balsam of %Vild Chesty."
My fiends purentided me to give it a trial, though
I had given up all hopes of recovery and had prepared
myself for the change of soother world. Through
their solicitations 1 was induced to make use of the
Genuine %Vistar's Balsam of Wild Cherry. The effect
was truly astonishing. After five years of affliction,
pain and suffering; and after basting spent four or five
hundred dollars to no purpose and the best and most
respectable physicians had proved unavailing, I was
soon restored to entire health by the hlessirag of God
and the use of Dr. Wistar's Balsam of Wild Cherry.
I am now enjoying good health end such is my al
tered appearance that I am no longer known when I
meet my former acquaintances.
I have gained rapidly in weight, and my flesh is
firm and solid. I can now eat as much as any person,
and my food seems to agree with me. 1 have eaten
more during the lust siz months than I bad eaten five
year. before.
Cousidering my case almost a miracle, I deem it
necessary for the gored of the nfilicsed, and a duty I
owe Padre proptietors and my fellow men (who should
know where relief may be had) to Iciske this state
ment.public.
