PITTSBURGH BOARD OF TRADE
COMMITTEE FOR JURE.

Klan ae nCANDID.—A. womancame into our office
yesterday, and said she wanted to trade some Rye
Flour for a 'paper. She had bought come Rye Hour,
she said, which was so bad the could not eat it, and
eke emitted to trade it of for a paper. We hardly
know whether her candor or her kindness was the
more worthy of admiration—her candor in telling us
that the flour was spoiled, or her kindness in wishing
to patronize us and pay in advance. One thing is
certain, she had a proper appreciation of the troubles
andthe difficulties of primers. We declined to trade,
however.

MAGNETIC PRINTING' TELEGRAPH.—The New

words printed with a machine through the application
of electricity to it, Lut bag not been made acquainted
with the principles of the machine. All we can say,
says the Journal, is, that if 4uch letters can he produ

for practical msefutimess, far surpasses any other of the
kind which has yet been brought before the public.
