The impudence of the rogues, from the countenance they received from the two last named classes, was Such as to make all honest el:i sms open their eyes with astonishment. One of them had the effrontery to take his seat. on the open ing of the Court, among the members of the bar, and was ordered out by Judge Jones. Idiocy is Kentveky.—Accnrding to the Frankfort Yeoman there ate 413 idiots in Kentucky, supported at the public charge. The same paper gives statistics 'bowing how the complaint rims in families. In one county there are six idiots of the same patronymic; —in another, three, and so on—there being, ont of a list of 24 counties given, not fewer than two idiots of th, same family in each county.
