All doubt about its Parliamentary success was set at rest, the un expectedly large innjority which passed the secs end reading-147; and, although its zealous op ponents have since shown fight in the House of Commons, by anni her debate, and another division on the bringing up of the report, yet the last was a battle more marked by parade than earnestness, and the fore pound was occupied by a ill:tether of small men, who must say something to justify their inconsistency.
