the democracy of the.country.

' ing advertisement in the New York True Sun:—
' The Infidel Convention, composed of delegates
and friends from various States will moat at the Col
iseum, 450 Broadway, on Sunday the 4th. Monday the
sth, and on Tuesday the Gth of May. The Conven
tion will meet on Sunday at 10, A. M., and 3, P. M.,
entrance No. 16 Crosby street. A meeting on Sun
dayevening, 7 o'clock, and all the succeeding meet
ings will. be held in the large saloon of the Coliseum,
entrance in Broadway. Various speakers will address
the public. Seats free. By order of the Committee
of arrangement.

satisfied with having the lion's share of trade and
choice of hours in leaving Pittsburgh and Beaver, hut
now publicly and plainly say they will drive the Lake
Erie from the river—a generous public will decide.—
