New Lebanox, State of New York.
WORTHY Fat TX — Haying made a thorough trial
of the Medicated Vavor Bath for four months past, in
our societies in New Lebanon and Watervliet, we think
it but justice to state, that we consider it a valuabie
improvement itfthe heat tilig art. Its power in reduc
ing both chronic'and acute irtflamation, also in rembe r .
ing spasms, is certainty very great. In cases otqlts.
structed perspiration, it is unquestionably the sa(at
end beg remedy that we have ever seen. Several
persons in our society, who, were scarcely free from a
I catarrhal affection during most of the winter months
fox several years past, have found permanent relief by
using the Bath a few times; and the predisposition to
take cold, as it is commonly termed, seems to be whol
ly removed. Obstructed perspiration, is certainly in
our changeable climate, one of the most fruitful sour
ces of disease, and any remedy that is capable of re
moving the predisposition to it, mast botonsidered a
{rent blessing to mankind; and as such we do not hesi
tate to recommend the Medicated Vapor Bath.

La! what makes your teeth so unusually whith,
I Quoth Josh's dulciniu tohim euther night,
To make yours look so, with a grin, replied Josh;
I'vehtought you a bottle of Thorn's Tooth Wash,
'Thithit best now in use, so the gentlefolks say,
And sinee they have tried this, cast all others away. -
But to prove it the best to make the teeth shine,
Look again, my dear Sal, at tke lustre of mine.
Then try thisgreat tooth wash,
The Teaberry tooth wash.
And see if this tooth wash of Thorn's is not fine.
Having tried Dr. "Thorn's Tea Berry Tooth Wash,"
and become acq old utedwith the ingredients of its com
position, I cheerfully say, I consider it, one of "balmiest,
as it is one of the most pleasant tooth washes now in
use. • DAVID HUNT, Dentist.
Pittsburgh, &yr: 15, 1842.
I take pleasure in stating, having made use of
"Thorn's Tea Berry Tooth Wash," that it is one of the
best dentrifices in use. Being in a liquidform, it com
bines neatness with convenience. White it cleanses
the enamel and removes the tartar from the teeth, its
perhme yields afragrance peculiarly desirable..
J. P. TIBBETTS, Za. D...
The undersigned have used "Thorn's Compopjed
Tea Berry Tooth Wash," and have found it to be an
extremely pleasant-dentrifiee, exercising a, tnest salu
tary influence over the Teeth and drums; preserving
those indispensable members fro* premature decay,
preventing the accumulation of Tartar, and ,puribing
the Breath. Havingthoroughly tested its virtdeiove
take pleasurein reeennnendingit to the nublib,
ing it to be the best article of the kind now in use.

'VW I embrace this opportunity to recommend the

up for me constantly all summer, and I must say it is
a giand aVticle. I believe it is superior to any other
stave now in use in this city. The oven bakes well,
aid is large enough to bake four large loaves of bread
at one dme; h also cooks very" speedily, and it requires
wiry little coal, 'think them worthy the attention of all
who wish a good stove; to such I would say, try them
and prove what they are.
