least 15 per cent, and in some cases 25 per cent. of

By the Act of incorporation, the Capital stock is

may sustain; and, in addition to the security thus af
forded to the insured, the law requires that all the
profits of Cie Co. shall hereafter be funded, and remain
with the Institution as a further guarantee and protec
tion to the insured against loss.—This fund will be rep
resented by scrip, to be issued by the Co., bearing an
interest of 6 per cent and divided betweea the parties
insuring and the holders of the stock.

pool Packets, and The United Lino of Liverpool
Packets.
Making a ship from Liverpool ever five days . ; the
possibility of delay is therefore precluded. Mr V Tap •

departure of vessels at Liverpool; suffice it to say,
therefore, that the subscribers guarantee to give satis
faction to all parties who may send for their friends
through them. In all cases when those sent for de
cline coming, the full amount of money paid for pas
