One of these agents will inspect the Hemp that may be sent toLouiurville, Kentucky, and the other that which may be sent to St Louis, in Missouri. These a gents will be furnished with samples of Riga Rein Hemp, and with the means of testing Hemp, and will be ready to give all information in :heir power, to en able contractors to have their hemp properly prepared, and to ascertain the strength and character of it, be fore the expense of sending it to the navy yard is incur red. It must be distinctly understood, however, that the inspection and opinion of these agents is merely to diminish the risk to contractors, by furnishing useful information. The only inspection by which the hemp can finally bo received and paid for,will be that at the na vy yard where it is to be delivered. The whole quantity of the hemp embraced in any contract must be delivered at the navy yard Charles town, Mass, on or before the first day of August, 1845.
