incorporate the Delaware Canal Company," hercEy

in the city of Philadelphia, on MONDAY, the sth day

Each purchaser, at the time of his pnrchn4e
shall deposit with the CommisAionets the premium,.
or advance above the par valve of the shares by him
purchased, or if the bid or bide do not amount to five
dollars per shnre, above the par valet] of the share or
shares by him purchased, then and in such case the
said purchasers shall pay five dollars nn account and
in part of each share thus purchased, the said sums to
be paid in money, (or in the certificates of loan of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at the option of the

4th. Poyment for the remainder of the purchase
money will be required tohemade within thirty clays
from the purchasO,under the forfeiture for delinquency
of the amount paid to the Commissioners at the time
sth. A transfer to the Commonwealth of Pennsylva-
nia of certificates of the loans of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, to an equal amount. will be received
by the State Treasurer in payment for the shares of
stock purchased, and any money deposited with the
Commissioners at the sale, will also be exchanged by
the State Treasurer for a transfer of the said loans to
the Commonwealth, to an eramount.
6th Should the whole of ores not be sold on
the first day, the sales will be adjourned to the nett
and succeeding days, if necessary, for nineteen days
in succession, and if, on the twentieth Any, it shalla.p-

have been sold, in that ca.e the sales shall be declared
void, and the deposills made with the commissioners

Gardens. in the village of East Liberty, for the accom-
modation of visitersdoring the summer season, The

which every arrangement is made about this establish-
