New York, Philadelphia and other principal cities to

sides of 20 wagons, 01l containing animals of diGrent
descriptions, affording one of the most rich and ani
mating displays ever brought forth, all the designs he
! ing of the latest finish and most admirable fashion. To
enliven this soone,!on entering the towni n high toned
band will pcitir forth some of the most fashionable airs.
Theoelebrated JOHN SCHAFFER, the subduer of
the saver denizens of the forest, will appear in a most
magnificent sPties, of scenes entitled "The dreadful
doom of the Sultan's slave." _liming a variety of thril
ling situations, the following will be exhibitedt—The
outcast slave banished to the fore 4 of Faihri, expiring
from Imager and fatigue; when a tierce Brazilian Tiger
darts like lightning upon him from an upper cavern.
The Eastern despot's most awful sentence ! ! For
feited life spared on condition of training a wild lion to
farness, which is accomplished, and the slave rides
across the road in an ancient car.
Also, a variety of other beautiful and striking situa
tions will be presented during the progre ss of the piece,
to conclude with the most bold, grand and daring hu
man display presented among a whole carav an of wild
animals let loose at the same time, upon the Indian
Slave, who will gradually subdue, and playfully exhibit
his remarkable skill in elegantly grouping the match
less zoological exhibition.
