The Workingmen's Comm ittee met pereuant to notice. Present, Messrs. Young, Norton, M'llwrin and Ferral. The sub. committee reported progress. The committee conferred together on the propri ety oft full expression of opinion, touching fhb primary causes of the evils inflicted by capital being abstracted from its producers --th. useful laborer, and made to operate h•uttile to his interests, his safety and hap— piness. The committee adjourned to meet on Thursday evening, at 7 o'clock, at the residence of John Ferral.
