atmosphere was dry and the frost was in eon

Pittsburgh and Cleveland Depot.—The
wagons and drays around this depot absolutely
obstruct the public highway, so as -to greatly
delay persons and vehieles in netting. We
counted some thirty loaded wagons and drays
around this depot- at one time, awaiting their
turn to unload their goods. What the cause of
such 'delay is, we are unable to say, but suppose
it is want of room In and about the depot.
