BURGH, in the County of Allegheny and State
of Pennsylvania has been duly organized under
and according to. the requirements of the Act of
Congress, entitled "an Act to provide a National
Currency, secured by a pledge of United States
Stocks, and to provide for the circulation and re
demption thereof." approved February 25th,
leis, and has complied with all the provisions of
said Act required to be complied with before
commencing the business of Banking.
