tie capacity nor the ambition to be a

become a demagogue. Preach, heal, try
causes, work, bnt scorn to be one of that
i,umber who know nothing of politics, ex
cept the passions and personalities which
they excite. If not able to argue upon
principles, measures, policies, debate not
at all. If you cannot t oar, do not creep
