out of the rebellion, and being forced into

The neighborhood of the Masonic Hall
has been inconveniently crowded the last
few days, in consequence of the masses
drawn there to witness the perfbrmanees

ent age. The appearance of his splendid
chariot is the signal for a scene of wild
excitement. and the saute enthusiasm is
eXhibited. Aiming his exhibitions. The
initsical portion of the programme is of
itself worthy the patronage of our citizens.

Rimsvered.
A portion of the millinery goods stolen,
some weeks since, from the establishment
of Miss Mary Barnett, of New Castle,
have been recovered. Constable Sankey,
laving 'obtained some elne-Ais %to their
whereabouts, went, ou Tuesday last, to the
residence of a Mrs. Lydia Pollock, widow,
near Wampum Furnace, and after some
&march ; succeeded in finding the goods--
'tome in the house and some - hid away in
a hollow tree in the neighborhood. As a
party concerned in the robbery, Mrs. Pol
lockwas arrested and is now in jail.
Dissolution.
The law partnership lately existing be

Fulton. of Kittanning, has been disolved
and the business is now under the exclu
sive control of Mr. Golden, whose card.
appears elsewhere. He will attend to all
business of the old firm and any other en
