Barr, of the Pittsburgh Morning Pool, for hat was intended to be an early copy of the President's Message, Had the Ex• press company brought it with despatch, it would have anticipated the arrival of the Message from any other source—as it was, it came to hand Friday afternoon. The Poat with its usual enterprise had the Message telegraphed specially, at a heavy expense, and completely headed oft its neighbors, who were content to secure early copies by purloining that paper be fore its regular issue.
