Viroolen Factory. The shares can be subscribed in
weekly or monthly instalments of any amount to
suit the convenience of the subscriber, and receipts
will be sent from time to time in acknowledgement
of all sums remitted, no matter how small they may
be, which may be done conveniently in postage
stamps, gold coin, current bank notes, or drafts. If
less than a share of $2O should be subscribed by the
time specified, the money will not be lost, but op
portunity wilt be given to Increase it by like remit
thereafter until enough is secured to obtain
a certificate of Stock. But if a share, or several
shares should be subscribed before that time, the
subscriber will receive a certificate of preferred
stook, guaranteeing tothe holder 8 per cent per an•
