tory of Kansas, from Fort Laramie, in the Territory of
Nel,raska, or from anypoint on the west bank of the
Missouri river north of Fort Leavenworth and south of
latitude 42 dog. uortli at which a depot may be establish
ed, to the pots Melt are now or may be established in
the Territory of Nebraska south of latitude 4-1 deg. north,
in Oregon south of latitude 44 deg. north and - east of
longitude 114 deg. west, and iii the Territawy of Utah
