The negotiations between the Ceutre Hall
Manf'g &e. and the Bellefonters, has, as
wet, amounted to nothing. The latest pro-
position from Bellefonte is, to donate the
company $10,000, provided it raise in addi-
tion stock to umount of $30,000 and locate
shops at Bellefonte. There is not, at pres-
ent, REY Prospect of an arrangement being
perfected. >
