Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the Com-
wonwealth of Pennsylvania in General
Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by
the authority of the same, That it shall not
be lawful to take, catch or kill trout in any
of the waters of the counties of Centre,
Clearfield and Forest, only between the
first day of March and the first day of Sep-
tember in each and every year.

AN ACT, to prevent hunting of deer with
dogs in the county of Centre.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the Com-
‘monwealth of Pennsylvania in General
Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted
by the authority of the same, That from
and after the passage of this act it shall be
unlawful for any person or
chase, hunt or run deer with dog or dogs
in the county of Centre; and any person
or persons who shall violate the provisions
of this act, shall be subject to a fine of
twenty dollars, one-half to the use of the
informer, and one-half to be paid to the
treasurer of the school fund in the town-
ship where said offence may be committed,
to be recovered as debts of like amount are
now by law recoverable: Provided, That
the informer may be a witness, netwith-
standing his right to a part of the penalty.
Bection 2. That it shall be lawful for
any person to shoot or kill any dog or dogs
which may be found running or chasing
deer in violation of the provisions of this
act, and the owner or owners of said dog
or dogs shall not recover any damages
therefor. : :

the authority of the same, That the Penn-
sylvania State Agricultural, the Allegheny
ounty Agricultural and the Adams Coun-
ty Agricultural societies, and the agricul-
tural societies of Lebigh, Nogthampton,
kre, Crawford, Chester, Lancast r, York,
Berks, Monroe, Beaver, Somerset, Bed-
ford, Fulton. Fayette, Westmoreland,
Greene, Dauphin, Lebanon,. Carbon,

| prison, thereby rendering the use of the old

Section 1. Beit enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the Com-
monwealth of Pennsylvania in General As-
sembly met, and itis hereby enncted:by thé
authority of the same, That the comumnission-
ers off the said county of Centre, or any
two of them, are hereby: authorized and
empowerad to sell at public &ale the old
| jail and lot of ground upon which it stands
and toexecute and deliver a deed, in fee
simple; to the ‘purchaser or purchasers
therefor; which sail deed shall be acknowl-
edged by the said commissioners, or a ma-
| jority of them, before the.court of common
pleas of said county, after said sale is ap-
proved by said court.
Section 2. That the proeeeds of the sale
of the real estate, hereinbefore authorized,
shall ba paid.inig the county treasury and
